Accommodation for CoBReG Conference 2026

Participants attending the Convention for Biomedical Research Ghana (CoBReG) Conference 2026, taking place from 9–11 September 2026 at the Allotey Auditorium, KNUST, Kumasi, are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodation.

To assist participants, the Conference Organizing Committee has identified a number of accommodation options within and around the KNUST campus. Participants are encouraged to make their reservations as early as possible, as room availability may become limited closer to the conference dates.

Booking Your Accommodation

Participants should contact their preferred accommodation facility directly to confirm availability, current room rates, amenities and reservation requirements. CoBReG does not make individual hotel reservations on behalf of participants.

When making a reservation, participants may indicate that they are attending the CoBReG Conference 2026 at KNUST.

Choosing Where to Stay

Accommodation on or close to the KNUST campus may be particularly convenient because the conference will be held at the Allotey Auditorium, College of Science, KNUST. Facilities in nearby communities such as Ayigya, Bomso and Deduako may also provide convenient access to the conference venue.

Participants are encouraged to consider:

  • Distance and transportation to KNUST
  • Room rates and payment arrangements
  • Internet/Wi-Fi access
  • Breakfast or meal options
  • Air conditioning and other room amenities
  • Check-in and check-out times
  • Cancellation policies
